He is passionate about helping clients fully understand their plans, what they are paying for, and how benefits can become a more valuable investment for both employees and employers. Mason believes the best advisory relationships are built through education, proactive guidance, and ongoing support.
Outside of work, Mason enjoys spending time with his wife, daughters, and close friends in Winnipeg. He also enjoys hiking, running, fitness, and spending time outdoors whenever he can.

Outside of work, Andrew lives in Lake Country, British Columbia, with his wife and dog. He enjoys photography, hiking, camping, exploring the Okanagan, and spending time with his family.
