Independent Advice. Built Around You.
Employee benefits are complex, and who you work with matters.
We provide independent, relationship driven employee benefits advice that helps businesses understand their plans, make confident decisions, and build programs that actually fit.
You work directly with us. No call centres. No handoffs. Just consistent support from people who know your business and stay involved as it evolves.
To strengthen what we deliver, we have aligned with the TIPI Group of Companies, an Indigenous owned organization with ownership across 45 First Nations communities. Their model is rooted in creating opportunity, building capacity, and keeping dollars working within Indigenous communities.
This partnership reflects how we think about business. Canadian owned. Community focused. Grounded in economic reconciliation and built to create long term impact. It gives our clients access to national infrastructure, strong insurer relationships, and greater flexibility across health and dental coverage, life and disability insurance, and ASO/self-funded benefits plans.
The result is simple. Direct advice. Real accountability. Backed by scale, strength, and long term support
